It doesn't need to use blue belt (just what I was using at the time), it has satisfying productivity and density, without requiring assembly machine 3 or braiding belt. Speed beacons are incredibly powerful at this stage because T3 prod modules are incredibly expensive en masse and a few T3 speed beacons can eliminate the need for a lot of productivity modules.
